Q1:What kind of Matcha do you use?
A1:We use high quality, authentic culinary organic Matcha from Kyoto, Japan.
Q2:Are all of your ingredients organic?
A2:We use some organic ingredients but we hope to change that in the near future. Our goal is to be organic certified.
Q3:Where are you based in?
A3:We are located Central New York.
Q4:Do you ship to my address?
A4:We apologized but currently we only shipped to areas that have 2 days delivery from NY. We will be expanding our shipping locations. Please check back on our site for updates
Q5:How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
A5:It will take for 1weeks after you submit your order. (We will bake your orders on the next day after we confirm your payment (Except for the weekends and major Holidays)If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday,We will make your order on Monday.
Q6:What type of payments do you accept?
A6:We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, JCB, Master), Paypal.
Apple pay and Google pay will be able to use future not now.
