Q1:What kind of Matcha do you use?
A1:We use high quality, authentic culinary organic Matcha from Uji, Kyoto.


Q2:Are all of your ingredients organic?
A2:We use some organic ingredients but we hope to change that in the near future. Our goal is to be organic certified.


Q3:Where are you based in?
A3:We are located in Brooklyn, NY


Q4:Do you ship to my address?
A4:We apologized but currently we only shipped to 2days area from NY State. We will be expanding our shipping locations. Please sign up for our newsletter to get the latest updates.


Q5:How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
A5:It will take for 1weeks after you submit your order. (We will bake your orders on the next day after we confirm your payment (Except for the weekends and major Holidays)If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday,We will make your order on Monday.(The fastest case)


Q6:What type of payments do you accept?
A6:We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, JCB, Master), Paypal.
Apple pay and Google pay will be able to use future not now.


Q7:What kind of packaging materials do you use?
A7:Please refer to the list below
 For pudding – (Plastic cup or Mason jar)
 For cookies – Super clear plastic bag, paper holder
 For chiffon cake – Made in Japan paper holder with Super clear bag
 For bouchon cake – Eco friendly box
 For all other cakes – Eco friendly box, Super clear bag, paper holder
Sometimes Product is packed with Japanese ribbon or fabric.(Special day only)


Q8:I want to order large quantities for my party/event
A8:Please email us one month ahead and we will reply back with arrangements


Q9:I did not receive my order
A9:We will offer a replacement or refund
 
Q10:My order arrived later than the scheduled delivery date
A10: We will contact the shipping company to find the cause.
 
Q11: I’m not satisfied with the quality
A11: We will offer you a replacement or refund
 
Q12:The product arrived in a bad condition (Ex: Opened, box is smashed, item is damaged)
A12: We will offer you a replacement or refund

Q13:I want to cancel an order I mistakenly placed
A13:Please send us a message and we will cancel the order quickly for you
 
Q14:Money is not returned to my card
A14:We will find out the reason and try our best to return your money
 
Q15:The delivery truck experience problems you never received your order
A15:We will let you know as soon as possible and offer you a replacement or refund
